Twists Hair & Makeup is run by Laura, a professional and experienced award winning hair and Makeup artist. Laura has over 16 years experience in the hair-dressing and wedding industry. She specialises in advanced styling and of course, wedding hair!
Laura started work in hairdressing at the age of 16 and is qualified to NVQ Level 3. She worked at Philosophy (now Idlewild) and left to work in Oxford and to freelance.
She keeps abreast of the latest technologies in hairdressing having completed courses in Advanced Colouring Techniques: Balayge and Ombré, Keratin treatments, hair extensions: micro bonding and tape hair extensions using the finest Remi hair.
Every year Laura attends at least two relevant courses to keep up-to-date with new techniques and trends so that she can provide her clients with the latest styles.
Laura has a passion for bridal and up-do hair which really shines through in her bespoke hair styling. Contact her to discuss your wedding hair dreams!
Beth is the make up specialist for Twists, she has great experience with in the makeup industry. She is also a fully and highly qualified beauty therapist and a makeup artist.
Over the last 3 years she has been working as a makeup and skincare professional for a luxury skincare brand. She will also be able to give you the best advice on how to prep your skin for the day
With her bubble personality and passion about making clients look and feel their best is a wonderful combination on your wedding day.
Lisa is also a highly qualified and experienced make up and hair specialist for Twists Hair. She assists with larger wedding parties and has many years of experience in the business.
